High Pressure Clean and Paint

There are many companies offering cheap and ineffective methods for making your roof look like new. At Mostyn Roofing we take the extra effort to make sure your roof not only looks like new, the paint we use has membrane like qualities to ensure that your roof won’t leak.

Both metal and tile roofs can develop issues over time due to age, weathering, rust etc. With tile roofs eventually the tiles will become more porous allowing moisture to enter your roof cavity. With metal roofs surface rust can develop into holes as well as small openings around screw sections allowing water on the rafters and roof cavity. You may notice it if it’s very bad with mold on the ceilings or extreme cases, bowing of your ceiling. By spraying our membrane (available in all colourbond colours) we can seal all areas. With metal roofs that have surface rust we can determine whether it’s worth replacing the sheet or using a rust converter before coating your roof.

Before we can make your roof look like new it’s always a good idea to clean any mold and surface dirt off your roof. We use a high pressure sprayers that send a jet of water at 3000psi and allows us to get a super clean surface without using chemicals to make sure our paint adheres perfectly to your roof.
